Shade Away™ is made from natural ingredients including Sea Salt, Aloe Vera and Purified Water. The aloe vera instantly soothes the skin and assists in healing, while the sea salt helps release and move the pigment up and out of the skin.
Saline cosmetic tattoo removal will not damage your skin, affect your hair growth, or cause scaring like some other removal methods. It is non- invasive and does not hurt.
What is Saline Tattoo Removal?
This type of removal is a non-invasive way to significantly lift and lighten an unwanted cosmetic tattoo. We use a similar method as tattooing however, instead of using pigment colours, we use Shade Away™ saline solution. We carefully buff the saline solution into the old tattoo. The treated area will look slightly pink at the end of the treatment but will go back to normal after 5-10 minutes.
The week following your treatment, you may feel tiny granules of salt over the treated area, but this is virtually unnoticeable and not visible at all. After a few days, you will also see a slight shedding of dead skin, where we performed the saline tattoo removal, this carries out the unwanted tattoo colour. Your brows, or whichever area we treated, will look perfectly normal after a saline tattoo removal treatment, the tattoo will just look lighter and slowly fade over time.
