When do I get my refund?
Once the item is returned to us we will process a refund to the nominated account. It will take us 1-10 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund then please let us know. Full refunds and exchanges can be made if the item is faulty. No refunds or exchanges can be made if the item is opened. Items shipped back is at the customer’s expense.
