Product Information

This is a warm dark red/ brown pigment. It can be used for eyebrows. The Perma Blend range is designed for ombre brows/ powder brows because the consistency if it is thinner to allow the cartridge needles to move with ease and embed pigment in the skin nicely. Depending on the clients skin types the pigments range from cool to warm colours. Pigments for microblading/ feather brows use the Tina Davis x Perma Blend range.
